The role requires someone who actively follows developments in generative AI, experiments with new creative technologies and can turn ideas, products and proven content trends into polished, sales-focused creative assets.\nThe key objective is to produce a consistent pipeline of high-quality content that captures attention, creates engagement and supports product sales.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAI Content Creation\nGenerate original video concepts and creative assets using leading AI video, image, voice and editing tools.\nUse generative AI to create scenes, backgrounds, product environments, animations, voiceovers and visual effects.\nTransform product information, images and campaign ideas into engaging short-form video content.\nCombine AI-generated assets with traditional editing techniques to produce polished, brand-appropriate content.\nExperiment with new workflows and emerging AI capabilities to improve creative quality, production speed and output.\nMaintain consistency in visual quality, tone and brand presentation across all content.\nVideo Editing & Production\nEdit short-form videos for Facebook advertisements and organic social media channels.\nProduce strong opening hooks, clear product messaging and effective calls to action.\nAdd captions, transitions, music, voiceovers, motion graphics and visual effects where appropriate.\nReformat and adapt content for different placements, dimensions and audience segments.\nCreate multiple creative variations for testing, including alternative hooks, visuals, scripts and calls to action.\nEnsure all final content is technically accurate, polished and ready for publication.\nContent Research & Creative Strategy\nMonitor current AI-content developments, social media formats, advertising trends and creative techniques.\nResearch successful content within relevant retail, ecommerce, personal wellness and lifestyle categories.\nIdentify high-performing creative approaches that can be ethically adapted to the client’ products and audiences.\nBuild and maintain a library of creative references, hooks, concepts and emerging content formats.\nContribute fresh campaign and content ideas designed to increase engagement and generate sales.\nRecommend practical opportunities to use AI to improve creative output and production efficiency.\nAdvertising & Social Media Content\nPrioritise creative production for Facebook advertising and social media rather than general website design.\nDevelop content that captures attention quickly and communicates a clear product benefit or campaign message.\nWork with the business to understand priority products, promotions, customer segments and sales objectives.\nReview available performance feedback and use it to improve future creative assets.\nRefresh and iterate advertisements to reduce creative fatigue.\nEnsure content is suitable for the intended audience, platform and placement.\nBrand, Platform & Content Compliance\nProduce professional content appropriate for an adult lifestyle and personal wellness brand.\nDevelop creative ways to promote products without relying on unnecessarily explicit imagery or language.\nApply sound judgement when presenting sensitive or mature products.\nUnderstand and follow Meta and other social media platforms’ advertising and community requirements.\nAdapt concepts and visuals to reduce the risk of advertisement rejection or account restrictions.\nCheck product claims, pricing and promotional information carefully before content is published.\nMaintain confidentiality when handling campaign plans, customer information and unreleased products.\nTools & Systems\nThe successful candidate should be confident using a combination of AI and traditional creative tools, which may include:\nAI video-generation platforms such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora or comparable tools\nAI image-generation and enhancement platforms\nAdobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve\nAdobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva\nAI voiceover, audio-generation and captioning tools\nMeta advertising and social media content platforms\nCloud-based file-management and collaboration systems\nCandidates are not expected to have used every listed platform.
