You will manage the backend lifecycle of loan applications from initial file setup in Connective Mercury, through document auditing and validation, to packaging and preparing submissions in ApplyOnline (AOL).\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nClient File Management\nCreate and maintain client files (opportunities and contacts) in CRM \nEnter solicitor/conveyancer details in CRM \nApprove and rename documents \nRecord detailed file notes \nUpdate application statuses \nEnsure files are complete before progressing \nDocument Collection & Review\nCheck documents have been received \nReview documents for completeness \nCheck identification documents meet lender requirements (additional ID requirements for Scheme Loans) \nEnter Drivers Licence details in CRM \nCheck information entered by clients in the Client Portal matches details on Drivers Licence (full names entered in CRM, date of birth is correct) \nUpdate account balances and liabilities based on the statements received \nFollow up missing documentation \nNote outstanding documents in the CRM, so that updated documents can be requested \nReview statements for undisclosed liabilities or re-occuring expenses \nLoan Processing Support\nEnter client information into CRM and lender systems ,mercury and AOL. \nPrepare loan application data in CRM for broker review \nAssist with preparing loan submissions in Apply Online for broker approval and lodgement \nUpload supporting documents to the lodgement portal (AOL) \nComplete compliance in CRM based on Appointment notes \nComplete lender checklists \nOrder valuations \nUpload valuation reports to CRM \nPricing requests & escalations \nApplication Tracking\nMonitor application progress \nTrack lender turnaround times \nFollow up outstanding lender requirements \nMonitor outstanding conditions \nUpdate brokers on application progress \nSettlement Support\nMonitor settlement dates \nAssist with settlement bookings \nFollow up outstanding settlement documents \nConfirm required documents have been returned \nUpdate CRM following settlement \nReview loan offers to ensure they have been completed with no errors \nGeneral Administration\nAssist with general administrative tasks as directed. \nMonitor shared inboxes. \nHelp create marketing materials through CANVA. \nRequest signatures and merge documents through Adobe \nRequirements\nPrevious experience supporting an Australian mortgage broker \nStrong understanding of Australian residential lending processes \nExcellent written and verbal English communication skills\nHigh attention to detail (spotting undisclosed liabilities, auditing ID documents)\nAbility to work independently and meet deadlines\nStrong organisational and time management skills\nHands-on experience with Connective Mercury and ApplyOnline (AOL) is required\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, Adobe, and Canva\nBenefits\nWhy Join Us?\nYou will partner directly with an incredibly supportive, highly organized industry leader.
