concrete, reinforcing steel and mesh, insulation or pods, formwork, earthworks and hardfill, and plumbing provisions\nPrepare clear, competitive quotes using pricing\nKeep up with high quote volumes, turning plans around quickly and following up quotes that haven't been accepted\nRaise questions with team and the builder on missing information, unclear drawings or risks, rather than guessing\nPricing, Suppliers & Job Costing\nGather and compare supplier and subcontractor prices, and keep the pricing database up to date\nBuild and maintain estimating spreadsheets and templates, so
