additional performance commissions.\nRequirements\n2+ years of hands-on experience in appointment setting, telesales, SDR, BDM, or outbound cold calling.\nExcellent verbal and written English communication skills.\nA natural, confident, and professional phone presence.\nPrior experience interacting with business owners and executive decision-makers.\nStrong capabilities in building rapport and managing objections effectively.\nComfort and confidence in conducting high-volume outbound phone calls.\nHigh standards of CRM maintenance and organized follow-up discipline.\nThe capability to operate autonomously during UK business operating hours.\nExperience in B2B service sales, commercial cleaning, property maintenance, facilities management, or trade services is
