They\nspecialise in interior architecture, design and project delivery, working with private\nclients, residential developers and leading property partners across the UK and\ninternationally.\nROLE OVERVIEW:\nWe are looking for an organised, proactive and confident Sales Support professional\nto support the day-to-day management and growth of the hdesign account.\nThis is a remote support role working closely with the hdesign Account Manager and\nwider Clark Design Group team. The role will focus on managing incoming leads,\nproactive client outreach, follow-ups, CRM administration, quotation support and\nensuring opportunities are consistently progressed through the sales pipeline.\nA key part of the role will be maintaining regular communication with Hamptons\nbranches, agents and referred clients, ensuring leads are responded to promptly and\nthat agreed follow-ups and actions are completed.\nThe ideal candidate will be highly organised, confident communicating by phone and\nemail, comfortable working with CRM systems and able to independently manage a\nhigh volume of day-to-day sales activity.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nLead Management & Client Communication\nMonitor and manage new hdesign enquiries and referrals received from Hamptons.\nRespond to new leads promptly by email and telephone using agreed processes and templates.\nContact prospective clients to introduce hdesign services and establish their initial requirements.\nUndertake regular follow-ups with existing opportunities to maintain momentum and establish next steps.\nSchedule calls, consultations and meetings for the hdesign Account Manager where required.\nProactive Sales Outreach\nWork through weekly property sales and exchange lead lists- outbound calls and emails to introduce hdesign services to clients.\nSupport regular communication with Hamptons Sales, Lettings and Property\nManagement teams to encourage referrals.\nIdentify potential opportunities that require escalation to the Account Manager.\nCRM & Pipeline Management\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date records within the company CRM.\nLog new enquiries, communications, notes, requirements and next actions.\nUpdate pipeline stages as opportunities progress.\nSupport weekly pipeline reviews and identify leads requiring follow-up.\nSales & Quotation Support\nFollowing training and onboarding:\nGather the information required from clients and internal teams to support quotations and proposals.\nAssist with preparing and issuing standard quotations using agreed company pricing and processes.\nFollow up issued quotations and record client feedback.\nCoordinate information between Sales, Design and Projects where required.\nSupport preparation of sales documents, presentations and client information.\nAssist with administrative tasks required to progress an opportunity from enquiry through to instruction.\nAccount Support\nSupport the hdesign Account Manager with day-to-day administration and communication across the Hamptons account.\nHelp maintain regular engagement with branches and key contacts.\nCoordinate follow-ups and actions arising from meetings and calls.\nMaintain organised records of account activity and outstanding actions.\nProvide general sales and administrative support as required.\nRole Boundaries & Working Relationship\nThe Sales Support role will work closely with the hdesign Account Manager and Clark Design Group team, with regular communication and clearly defined weekly priorities.\nProcesses, templates, call guidance, CRM stages and escalation points will be provided to ensure the role can operate effectively remotely while maintaining the service standards expected across hdesign and Clark Design Group.\nThe Sales Support role will ensure the day-to-day communication, administration, outreach and follow-up required to support these activities is completed consistently and efficiently\nRequirements\nEssential Experience\nPrevious experience in sales support, sales administration, customer service, lead generation, telesales, account support or a similar role within the property sector.\nConfident communicating professionally with clients by telephone and email.\nExperience managing enquiries, follow-ups and administrative tasks across multiple clients or opportunities.\nExperience using a CRM or similar system to maintain client and sales records.\nStrong written English and professional email communication.\nDesirable Experience\nExperience supporting a UK-based sales or account management team.\nExperience within property, estate agency, interior design, construction or professional services.\nExperience undertaking outbound client calls or lead generation.\nExperience preparing quotations or proposals.\nExperience using monday.com or similar CRM/project management software.\nExperience working with premium or high-value services.\nSkills & Personal Attributes\nHighly organised with excellent attention to detail.\nProactive and comfortable taking ownership of recurring tasks.\nConfident and personable on the telephone.\nProfessional and articulate in written communication.\nPersistent with follow-ups while maintaining a positive client experience.\nAble to manage a high volume of enquiries and prioritise effectively.\nComfortable following defined sales processes, scripts and procedures.\nReliable with strong follow-through and accountability.\nConfident learning new systems and processes.\nCommercially aware and able to recognise when an opportunity should be escalated.\nCollaborative and comfortable working as part of a
