ROLE OVERVIEW: We are looking for an organised, proactive and confident Sales Support professional to support the day-to-day management and growth of the hdesign account. This is a remote support role working closely with the hdesign Account Manager and wider Clark Design Group team. The role will focus on managing incoming leads, proactive client outreach, follow-ups, CRM administration, quotation support and ensuring opportunities are consistently progressed through the sales pipeline. A key part of the role will be maintaining regular communication with Hamptons branches, agents and referred clients, ensuring leads are responded to promptly and that agreed follow-ups and actions are completed.
