in San Francisco and Menlo Park 4-5 days a week\nResponsibilities:\nStrategically manage multiple executive calendars, and inboxes\n\nWork with stakeholders on prioritization and aligning work with those priorities\n\nInteract with both internal and external stakeholders from portfolio companies, external executives, other VCs, and other high profile guests.\n\nUtilize technology tools for efficiency, and administrative workload.\n\nAssist with company events, and office management that occasionally goes outside of regular work hours\n\nRequirements\n5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable operational support role within a fast-paced professional environment\n\nExceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with a consistently high bar for accuracy and follow-through\n\nHighly skilled in calendar management, and experienced in managing complex, high-volume schedules across multiple stakeholders and time zones\n\nProven ability to independently drive from concept to execution with minimal oversight\n\nStrong operational and process-oriented mindset\n\nHighly proficient with modern productivity and collaboration tools including Google Workspace, Airtable, Notion, Calendly, Canva, and similar platforms\n\nStrong judgment and ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion and professionalism\n\nVenture
