performance of the platform.\n\nCollaborate with front-end engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define, design, and ship new features.\n\nMonitor production systems, resolve well-documented code, following best practices for software development.\n\nRequirements:\n5+ years of experience in back-end software development, with a strong emphasis on Ruby on Rails.\n\nProficiency in database design and management, particularly with PostgreSQL.\n\nFamiliarity with background processing using Sidekiq or similar tools.\n\nExperience with cloud-based platforms (e.g., Heroku, AWS, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.\n\nSolid understanding of RESTful API design and web application architecture.\n\nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\n\nStrong level of engagement and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.\n\nNice-to-haves:\nExperience with Redis for caching and message queuing.\n\nKnowledge of error monitoring tools such as Bugsnag or similar platforms.\n\nFamiliarity with logging solutions like Coralogix.\n\nUnderstanding of front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular) to facilitate better back-end integration.\n\nPrevious experience working in a startup or fast-paced development environment.\n\nPrevious experience with ERP and e-commerce platforms.\n\nA
