This role will lead organizational change initiatives, helping teams successfully navigate process improvements, technology implementations, and structural transformations.\nThe ideal candidate brings 4-6 years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, or process improvement, along with at least 1 year of people management experience. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies, leading team members, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring successful adoption of new processes and technologies.\nThis position combines strategic thinking, leadership, effective communication, and visual storytelling to drive measurable business improvements and long-term organizational success.\nCore Responsibilities\nChange Management & Organizational Transformation\nLead the development and execution of comprehensive change management strategies supporting organizational, operational, and technology transformations.\n\nPartner with the Strategy team and business leaders to assess current-state operations, processes, systems, and organizational structures.\n\nIdentify change impacts, potential risks, and opportunities to improve operational efficiency and employee adoption.\n\nDevelop change management plans, including stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, training, and implementation timelines.\n\nMonitor change adoption, evaluate effectiveness, and recommend adjustments to improve outcomes and return on investment (ROI).\n\nTeam Leadership & Stakeholder Management\nLead, coach, and develop team members supporting change management initiatives, ensuring accountability and alignment with business objectives.\n\nProvide guidance, establish priorities, and oversee project deliverables to ensure successful execution.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional leaders and stakeholders to build alignment and support organizational change.\n\nFacilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions to support employee engagement and change readiness.\n\nServe as a trusted advisor to leadership on change management best practices, employee adoption, and organizational effectiveness.\n\nCommunication, Documentation & Visual Storytelling\nDevelop clear, engaging communication materials, including change impact assessments, process documentation, training guides, and stakeholder presentations.\n\nTranslate complex business processes and organizational changes into easy-to-understand visual materials.\n\nCreate professional presentations, infographics, reports, and communication assets using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or comparable professional design tools.\n\nDesign and develop complex visuals, including process maps, workflows, organizational diagrams, and other materials that support change adoption.\n\nEnsure consistent messaging and communication across departments throughout the change management process.\n\nProcess Improvement & Performance Measurement\nIdentify opportunities to streamline processes, improve workflows, and enhance organizational efficiency.\n\nEstablish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure change readiness, employee adoption, and overall initiative success.\n\nPartner with business leaders to monitor implementation progress, evaluate ROI, and identify areas for continuous improvement.\n\nSupport technology implementations, system integrations, and business process improvements.\n\nDevelop sustainable change management practices that support continued organizational growth.\n\nCore Experience\n4-6 years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, process improvement, business operations, or a related field.\n\n1+ years of people management experience, including leading, coaching, mentoring, and managing team performance.\n\nDemonstrated experience developing and executing change management strategies across multiple departments or business functions.\n\nExperience managing organizational change initiatives involving technology implementations, process improvements, or operational transformations.\n\nStrong understanding of stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, communication planning, and employee adoption strategies.\n\nProven ability to manage multiple initiatives, establish priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.\n\nExcellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience measuring change effectiveness and identifying improvement opportunities.\n\nExperience creating professional presentations, process documentation, workflows, and visual communication materials.\n\nProficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or comparable design and visualization tools.\n\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.\n\nPreferred Experience\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, Management, or a related field.\n\nChange management certification such as Prosci, CCMP, or a comparable credential.\n\nExperience with structured change management methodologies, including ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Model, or similar frameworks.\n\nExperience leading change initiatives during mergers, acquisitions, system integrations, or organizational restructuring.\n\nExperience supporting cross-functional teams in a growing, multi-business-unit organization.\n\nFamiliarity with project management methodologies and continuous improvement practices.\n\nExperience in infrastructure, telecommunications, renewables, critical
