Hospital seeks an experienced Credit Controller to manage insurance and corporate debtor accounts, ensure timely collections and minimize overdue balances.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Follow up outstanding payments with insurers and corporate clients through calls, correspondence and reconciliation meetings.\n\n Reconcile debtor accounts and resolve disputed, rejected and short-paid claims.\n\n Monitor debtor ageing and implement recovery actions for overdue accounts.\n\n Negotiate and follow up payment commitments within approved terms.\n\n Work with billing and clinical teams to resolve documentation and claims queries affecting payment.\n\n Prepare weekly collection reports, cash collection forecasts and account updates.\n\n Achieve agreed collection targets and escalate overdue accounts appropriately.\n\nQualifications and Experience\n\n Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, Credit Management or a related field.\n\n Minimum three years’ credit control or accounts receivable experience in a hospital.\n\n Proven track record in medical insurance and corporate debt collection.\n\n Strong knowledge of hospital billing and insurance claims processes.\n\n Excellent reconciliation, negotiation and communication skills.\n\n Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hospital or accounting systems.\n\n CPA, ACCA or Certified Credit Professional qualifications are an added advantage.\n\nPersonal Attributes\n\n Proactive, assertive, persistent and results-oriented, with strong organizationalCon skills, attention to detail and
