Since 2019, our team has engineered FDA-cleared computer vision capabilities for interpretation of 2D and 3D dental imagery; industry-leading capabilities which clinicians, practice owners, labs, and insurers use to elevate the efficiency, accuracy, and consistency of dental care around the world.\nThe Role\nWe are seeking an IT Operations Administrator to own the day-to-day health of Pearl's IT environment. You will be the first point of contact for employee IT requests, keep our systems and devices secure and well maintained, and make sure people get the right access on day one and lose it on their last. You will work closely with the Security Operations & Compliance Analyst so our controls are operating and documented for SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport & Service Delivery\nServe as first point of escalation for internal IT requests and tickets, triaging and resolving issues within agreed turnaround times.\n\nTrack ticket volume and turnaround, and recommend process improvements.\n\nMaintain IT knowledge base articles and employee how-to guides.\n\nIdentity, Access & Onboarding/Offboarding\nRun new-hire onboarding and offboarding, including provisioning and deprovisioning of accounts, hardware, and system access.\n\nAdminister identity and access management, SSO, role-based permissions, and least-privilege access across SaaS tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Qualio, Vanta).\n\nPerform periodic user access reviews and remediate findings.\n\nEndpoints, Systems & Assets\nManage the device fleet, including MDM enrollment, patching, encryption, and compliance monitoring.\n\nAdminister and monitor SaaS platform and cloud configurations for security and availability.\n\nMaintain the IT asset inventory and software licenses, and manage renewals.\n\nCompliance Support\nCollect and maintain IT control evidence for audits in partnership with the Security Operations & Compliance Analyst.\n\nFollow and help improve IT-related SOPs and policies.\n\nSupport IT aspects of vendor and new-tool onboarding.\n\nQualifications\n2+ years of experience in IT administration, helpdesk, or systems management.\n\nHands-on experience with endpoint management, MDM, and identity/access management platforms.\n\nExperience administering Google Workspace and other SaaS tools.\n\nExperience supporting onboarding and offboarding and working in a ticketing workflow.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with a service-minded approach.\n\nAbility to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced, small-team environment.\n\nWillingness to work from our Lehi, Utah office 3 days per week.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in a SaaS company;
