They coordinate internal and external resources and training material, and ensure all content is delivered to the highest quality standards. An associate Content Producers plays a key role in maintaining consistency, meeting specifications, and ensuring projects are delivered on time\nKey Responsibilities\nTraining Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for item writing and review\nSupporting workflows and providing feedback to SMEs to ensure high quality content outcomes\nDeveloping support materials and distributing to item writers and reviewers; Performing quality control tasks prior to publication;\nAdhering to immovable deadlines and maintaining project documentation;\nPreparing for content development meetings, creating and publishing exams, and collecting and reporting data related to the team's activities\nIdentify risks, recommend solutions, and make informed content decisions to keep projects on track.\nSupport continuous improvement, including the use of AI and emerging tools to improve quality, efficiency, and scalability.\nPerforming other duties as assigned by the Content Development Manager\nSkills & Competencies:\nAdaptability - Embrace and champion innovative technologies and approaches, adapting quickly to new tools and methodologies in both AI-driven and traditional content development.\nAttention to detail - Demonstrate integrity in all tasks and maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality for all content.\nContent Development Expertise: Exhibit strong skills in traditional content development processes, including item writing, item bank management, and quality control, ensuring alignment with best practices in assessment and educational standards.\nTechnical skills:\nIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) \nExcellent verbal and written communication \nOrganised and able to meet deadlines \nBehavioural capabilities:\nCustomer Centricity is exhibited by ensuring that even foundational tasks contribute meaningfully to the end product’s value for learners. \nRaising the Performance Bar is reflected in refining personal workflow for higher efficiency. \nExceptional Collaboration for Value is clear in willingly taking on joint assignments.\nOur Leaders Inspire by encouraging a positive team environment focused on shared success.\nRequired Experience and Qualifications\nExperience: Experience in a related field such as test development, education or publishing\nQualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as education or publishing\nDesirable Criteria\nAbility to think and act independently to seek out resolutions and problem-solve on a daily basis. \nDemonstrates highly active ownership of projects, possesses ability to proactively assess and mitigate risk, and actively poses solutions to problems. \nCommunicates effectively (written and verbally) with peers, project team, and sponsors/stakeholders.
