The position requires strong attention to detail, sound investigative judgment, the ability to remain focused while reviewing large volumes of information, and performing tasks where accuracy and consistency are critical.\nThe ideal candidate is patient, has attention to detail, organized, analytical, and comfortable independently managing cases from initial review through investigation, reporting, and closure.\nResponsibilities\n70% | Security Operations: Case Management, Video Review, and Candidate Misconduct Investigations\nManage test-security and candidate-misconduct cases from initial intake through investigation, documentation, tracking, remediation, reporting, and closure. \nMaintain complete and accurate case records, including incident history, evidence reviewed, investigative analysis, findings, actions taken, and final disposition. \nReview testing-session video associated with candidate misconduct and security incidents, identifying and documenting relevant behaviors, events, and evidence. \nPrepare clear, accurate reports summarizing video-review and investigative findings for internal stakeholders, management, and test sponsors. \nPerform recurring, high-volume case-management and video-review activities, maintaining accuracy and consistency throughout. \nManage multiple active cases and ensure required follow-up, documentation, and reporting are completed within established timelines. \nRespond to ad hoc client security requests within expected timeframes. \nConduct investigative research using internet sources and internal systems \nMaintain and follow documented response plans for different types of test-security incidents. \nLiaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding investigation findings and response actions. \nProactively identify and escalate potential security concerns, emerging issues, case-management challenges, or operational roadblocks. \nMaintain security reporting templates and the boilerplate library to ensure materials reflect current practices, processes, and technology. \nMaintain, review, and continuously improve security processes and procedures. \nFacilitate ad hoc operational security meetings with internal and external stakeholders as needed. \n20% | Web Monitoring and Data Forensics Support\nSupport security specialists with web-monitoring and data-forensic investigations and related client reporting. \nConduct fraud and misconduct investigations, including online research and cyber-intelligence gathering. \nReview and organize evidence and findings to support broader security investigations. \nPrepare clear, detailed client-facing reports summarizing findings from web-monitoring and data-forensic activities. \n10% | Other Duties as Assigned\nSupport additional Security Services operational activities, investigations, projects, and client requests as needed. \nQualifications\nEducation and Experience\nBachelor Degree in related field preferred \nResearch and/or investigative experience in corporate or fraud investigation, loss prevention or information security preferred \nExperience with Microsoft Office software suite,
