This role will play a key part in helping Pearson define the next generation of digital learning by combining learning design, content development, AI-powered workflows, and rapid prototyping to create innovative educational experiences for students around the world.\nThe Role\nAs an Advanced Specialist, Content Developer, you will lead the rapid creation of scalable learning experiences through AI-enabled and agentic workflows. You will combine content development expertise, workflow automation, rapid prototyping, and emerging AI technologies to accelerate content production while enhancing quality, consistency, and learning impact.\nYou will help define the future of AI-assisted education by designing, testing, and scaling innovative approaches to content creation and learning interaction. From adaptive learning systems and conversational tutoring experiences to workflow orchestration and rapid experimentation, you will translate emerging technologies into practical, production-ready solutions.\nWorking closely with Learning Design, Product, Engineering, Content Strategy, Strategic Tooling, and QA teams, you will influence how Pearson develops educational content and learning experiences at scale.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign and Scale AI-Enabled Content Workflows\nDevelop complex content using AI-enabled and agentic workflows.\nDefine workflows that accelerate content creation while improving quality, consistency, and scalability.\nTranslate learning frameworks into high-quality, reusable content assets.\nDrive efficient, high-velocity content production with a focus on learner impact.\nPartner with Learning Design teams to ensure pedagogical accuracy and effectiveness.\nIdentify opportunities to modularize, standardize, and reuse content across products and titles.\nCreate scalable frameworks, documentation, and repeatable ways of working.\nCollaborate with Product and Strategic Tooling teams to refine and scale next-generation AI workflows.\nGuide and support peers on best practices, tools, and delivery standards.\nPrototype the Future of Learning\nUse lightweight coding, workflow automation, and rapid prototyping approaches to explore new learning concepts.\nBuild and test AI-driven learning experiences, including adaptive systems, conversational tutors, and AI-assisted learning interactions.\nEvaluate emerging technologies and assess their application within educational environments.\nIterate prototypes using feedback from Product, Learning Design, and Engineering teams.\nContribute to the design of next-generation learning interactions that improve learner engagement and outcomes.\nTransform experimental concepts into scalable, production-ready learning experiences.\nWhat We're Looking For\nProven experience designing and deploying AI-enabled and agentic workflows that deliver measurable business impact.\nStrong expertise in prompt engineering, workflow automation, process optimization, and AI tooling.\nHands-on experience with agent frameworks, orchestration platforms, and emerging AI technologies.\nUnderstanding of content development workflows and publishing lifecycles, with the ability to improve speed, quality, and scalability.\nExperience using scripting, automation, and lightweight prototyping to solve business challenges.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate concepts into scalable, repeatable solutions.\nExcellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across multidisciplinary teams.\n\nLocation & Work Set Up\nThis is a full-time, remote role based in Poland.\nYour Rewards & Benefits\nWe know you’ll do great work, so we give a lot back with some of the best benefits in the business.
