You will manage a small portfolio of complex client programmes and act as a credible day-to-day partner to senior stakeholders.\nThe work follows the rhythm of professional testing programmes. You will plan carefully for key testing periods, support clients through live delivery, respond to changing requirements, and ensure effective follow-up before the next cycle begins.\nThis role suits someone who combines relationship strength with programme discipline. You must be able to judge priorities, communicate clearly, and maintain confidence when the stakes are high.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn relationships with a focused portfolio of professional assessment clients.\n\nPlan and coordinate activity across preparation, live testing, follow-up, and future testing cycles.\n\nBuild trusted relationships with senior managers in awarding bodies and professional organisations.\n\nRespond calmly and quickly when client, operational or external circumstances change.\n\nWork with internal teams to resolve issues and keep programmes on track.\n\nMaintain clear plans, actions, risks, and client communications.\n\nWhat We are Looking For\nSubstantial experience in account management, programme management, or a closely related client-facing role.\n\nConfidence engaging senior stakeholders and establishing credibility quickly\n\nStrong planning, delivery, and prioritisation skills.\n\nAbility to respond effectively when requirements change or issues emerge.\n\nStrategic judgement combined with practical follow-through.\n\nClear written and verbal communication is important.\n\nComfort working with technical products and specialists, without needing to be a technical expert.\n\nExperience in education, assessment, certification, or professional services is helpful but not essential.\n\nLocation & Working Pattern\nUK-based flexible working. Team meetings may require office attendance once per quarter.
