You will join a focused product and engineering team spanning the United States and Haifa, Israel, shipping experiences that students rely on every week of the semester.\nThe role\nAs Product Manager for Study Prep core features, you will own the experiences students use every day: practice, video learning, search and navigation, and the study tools that carry them from first lecture to final exam. You will define the vision and roadmap for your area, decide what we build and why, and work side by side with engineering, design, content, and data to ship it. You will take on complex problems independently, play a strategic role in shaping product direction, and mentor junior product colleagues. You will lead through expertise and influence rather than formal people management.\nWhat you'll do\nOwn the vision, strategy, and roadmap for core Study Prep features, and connect every initiative to clear learner and business outcomes\nDrive the full product lifecycle: discovery, requirements, prioritization, delivery, launch, and iteration\nWork daily with engineers and designers to make smart scope and architecture tradeoffs, keeping quality high while moving quickly\nAnalyze product data to understand how students actually study, then run experiments that improve engagement, retention, and learning outcomes\nPair quantitative analysis with student interviews and usability research so decisions rest on evidence, not opinion\nTrack market trends and the competitive landscape, including how AI is changing the way students study, and turn those insights into product opportunities\nCommunicate plans, progress, tradeoffs, and results clearly to stakeholders and leadership\nMentor junior product managers and help raise the standard of product practice across the team\nWhat you'll bring\n4+ years of product management experience with consumer software, including features you have led from concept to launch on web or mobile\nA track record of leading initiatives end to end and making sound decisions without close direction\nStrong analytical skills: fluency with large-scale product analytics and structured qualitative research, and good judgment about which to use when\nTechnical fluency: you can hold your own in architecture discussions with engineers and get up to speed on a new stack quickly\nClear, direct written and verbal communication in English\nComfort with shifting priorities and the pace of a growing consumer business\nHands-on experience with standard product tools (for example Jira, Confluence, and Figma) and modern product analytics (for example Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Adobe Analytics)\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience\nNice to have\nExperience in education, learning science, or another domain where user success is measured in real outcomes\nExperience shipping AI-powered or personalized product features\nExperience with consumer subscription products or growth experimentation\nWhy this role\nStudy Prep is a rare combination: consumer-scale product work with a mission you can stand behind.
