As part of this team, you will primarily support the planning, coordination and execution of marketing activities for the English Language Learning business in Spain and Portugal.\nWorking closely with the Marketing Manager Spain & Portugal and EMEA campaigns team you will also collaborate with Sales, regional and global marketing colleagues, external agencies, suppliers and business partners. This internship will provide hands-on experience across integrated campaigns, digital marketing, content, events and performance reporting.\nAs one of our interns, you will gain a comprehensive introduction to our business. You’ll be assigned to a team to support real-life projects that bring our products and services to life and are ready to launch to our learners. Every idea and perspective are valued so that our products reflect the people we serve - our teachers and students, employers and employees, and consumers and learners.\nJob Description\nKey Accountabilities:\nSupport the Spain and Portugal Marketing team in the planning and execution of regional and EMEA marketing campaigns, adapting them to the needs of the local markets.\n\nHelp coordinate campaign calendars, deliverables, deadlines and approvals across internal teams and external partners.\n\nPrepare clear creative and content briefs for agencies, designers and other suppliers.\n\nSupport the production and localisation of marketing materials, including emails, landing pages, digital advertising, newsletters, presentations, catalogues and sales enablement materials.\n\nAssist with the organisation and promotion of webinars, conferences, customer events and other marketing activities.\n\nHelp create and adapt content for Pearson’s owned digital channels, including websites, blogs and email communications.\n\nLiaise with Sales teams, agencies, suppliers and business partners to gather information and coordinate marketing requests.\n\nMonitor campaign performance and help prepare reports using relevant KPIs and insights.\n\nConduct competitor and market research to identify relevant trends and opportunities.\n\nSupport the day-to-day administration of the Marketing team and follow up on marketing queries and requests.\n\nSkills and Experience\nCurrently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or a related field.\n\nFluent in Spanish and a good command of English, with a minimum B2 level; C1 would be an advantage.\n\nStrong organisational skills and attention to detail.\n\nAbility to manage several tasks and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.\n\nClear written and verbal communication skills.\n\nProactive, collaborative, and willing to learn.\n\nComfortable working with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.\n\nFamiliarity with digital marketing, content creation, analytics, or design tools would be an advantage.\n\nPearson is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer and a member of E-Verify.
