By pushing the boundaries of technology - and each other to surpass these boundaries -\nwe create seeds of learning that become the catalyst for the world’s innovations, personal and\nglobal, large and small.\nNOTE: This is only a 5-month project (December 2026 - May 2027)\nEducation and Experience Requirements:\nMinimum college or technical training preferred; or a combination of education and experience\n\nStrong customer service skills and call center experience\n\nStrong technical skills and/or experience with HRIS systems\n\nOverall Functions, Duties and Responsibilities:\nMake outbound phone calls to candidates and employees to drive employment onboarding completion and/or communicate assignment changes\n\nMonitoring and respond to incoming email/chat communications\n\nCraft and send mass e-mail and call campaign communications\n\nWork within multiple systems simultaneously to respond in real-time to callers (Fusion, PEACS, Red Carpet)\n\nAchieve a basic understanding of company policies\n\nUse internal systems to assign candidates to requisitions and send offer letters\n\nUpload employees for rehire to requisitions in system\n\nLoad, extract and share reports from PEACS\n\nCoordinate interviews for employees\n\nOther duties as assigned\n\nSkills and Other Requirements:\nStrong computer skills including data entry, email, spreadsheets, and databases; 50+ wpm, strong Excel skills required\n\nAdherence to confidentiality and nondisclosure requirements\n\nAbility to multi-task and demonstrate time-management in a fast-paced environment\n\nExcellent organizational skills and excellent communication skills required\n\nPositive demeanor and the ability to work well with others in providing excellent customer service is critical\n\nSense of ownership and urgency to support business and employee needs\n\nEmployee Benefits:\nWe provide a competitive and compliant benefits package that includes:\nCore Benefits:\nHealth Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage\n\nGovernment-mandated benefits: SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG\n\n13th Month Pay (Subject to PD 851) -will be computed on a prorated basis\n\nMonthly De Minimis Benefits:\nRice subsidy - Php 2,000.00\n\nUniform and clothing allowance - Php 500.00\n\nLaundry allowance - Php 300.00\n\nMedical allowance - Php 250.00\n\nWorking Conditions:\nCore work hours: 8:00-5:00 local US Time Monday through Friday - During Temporary Peak season, must have the ability to work a flexible schedule as business needs require.
