In this role, you will lead quality initiatives across our web and mobile platforms, ensuring that every release meets the highest standards of reliability, performance, and user experience.\nAs a senior team member, you will play a key role throughout the software development lifecycle-from requirements analysis and test strategy to automation, release validation, and continuous quality improvement. You'll collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Design teams while driving QA best practices and mentoring other QA engineers.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign and execute comprehensive test strategies for web and mobile applications \nPerform functional, regression, integration, API, cross-browser, and cross-platform testing \nCollaborate with developers, product managers, and UX designers to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle \nParticipate in requirements reviews, sprint planning, and design discussions to identify quality risks early \nAnalyze test results, investigate defects, and work closely with engineering teams to resolve issues \nDrive continuous improvements in QA processes, test coverage, and release quality \nMonitor product quality metrics and recommend improvements based on data and testing insights \nMentor junior QA engineers and promote testing best practices across the team \nWhat We're Looking For:\nRequired\nB.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)\n5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with strong hands-on manual testing experience\nStrong experience with functional, regression, integration, API, cross-browser, and cross-platform testing\nStrong understanding of test design techniques, exploratory testing, and risk-based testing\nExperience testing RESTful APIs using tools such as Postman, Swagger, or similar\nExperience with web application testing across multiple browsers and devices\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum development environments\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills\nA proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability\nNice to Have\nExperience with test automation tools/frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar\nFamiliarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar\n Familiarity with version control systems such as Git\nExperience with mobile application testing (iOS and Android)\nExperience with performance or load testing tools such as JMeter or k6\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure\nExperience testing microservices and distributed systems\nKnowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases\nExperience with Docker and
