This role requires deep technical expertise, strong architectural leadership, and the ability to convert complex quality engineering challenges into scalable enterprise solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine the architecture and technical roadmap for an AI-native end-to-end automation platform.\nDesign and build scalable Playwright-based web automation frameworks and reusable automation components.\nArchitect and implement AI Agentic Automation Frameworks capable of planning, generating, executing, analyzing, and optimizing test scenarios.\nDesign and implement Contract Testing frameworks for modern API and microservices architectures.\nDefine automation architecture spanning Web, Mobile, API, UI, Backend Services, and Enterprise Platforms.\nLeverage Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, and Intelligent Automation to improve QE productivity, efficiency, and coverage.\nBuild reusable frameworks, accelerators, libraries, and enterprise reference architectures.\nDevelop AI-powered solutions for: Automated test generation\nSelf-healing automation\nTest maintenance\nDefect intelligence and root-cause analysis\nIntelligent test data generation\nAutonomous test execution and optimization\n\nEstablish automation engineering standards, best practices, design patterns, governance, and coding guidelines.\nEvaluate emerging technologies and continuously modernize the QE automation technology stack.\nCollaborate closely with Engineering, Architecture, DevOps, Product, and QE leadership teams.\nMentor senior engineers and architects while providing technical leadership across automation initiatives.\nDrive innovations, proof-of-concepts, and convert successful ideas into production-ready enterprise solutions.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nStrong experience in Automation Architecture and Quality Engineering.\nHands-on expertise with Playwright and modern web automation frameworks.\nExtensive experience with API Automation and Contract Testing.\nExperience designing and implementing Mobile Automation Frameworks.\nStrong programming skills in TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, Python, or similar languages.\nExperience with AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and Agentic AI architectures.\nDeep understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, Cloud Platforms, APIs, Microservices, and Modern Software Architectures.\nProven track record in designing and scaling enterprise automation platforms.\nStrong knowledge of automation design patterns, framework engineering, test strategy, and quality engineering practices.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and architectural decision-making skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience building AI-native or AI-assisted Quality Engineering platforms.\nExpertise in Agentic AI frameworks and orchestration patterns.\nExperience integrating LLMs and AI Agents with enterprise applications and automation ecosystems.\nKnowledge of observability, intelligent test analytics, self-healing automation, and autonomous testing.\nExperience driving enterprise-wide automation transformation and technology standardization programs.\nStrong understanding of quality engineering trends and next-generation testing strategies.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nThe successful candidate will establish a future-proof, AI-native automation ecosystem that enables intelligent and scalable quality engineering across Web, Mobile, APIs, and distributed systems.
