Engineers.\n\nBuild a high-performing engineering culture focused on collaboration, accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.\n\nDrive career development, performance management, hiring, and succession planning.\n\nIdentify opportunities to leverage Generative AI and AI-powered engineering tools across the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, code generation, test automation, code reviews, documentation, and incident analysis.\n\nFoster a culture of continuous experimentation and learning around AI-enabled engineering practices.\n\nAI & Modern Engineering \nExperience leveraging Generative AI tools to improve software engineering productivity and delivery.\n\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted software development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Cursor, or similar developer productivity platforms.\n\nUnderstanding ofLarge Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and AI agent concepts.\n\nExperience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications using modern APIs and cloud AI services.\n\nKnowledge of Responsible AI principles, AI governance, security, and data privacy considerations.\n\nDelivery Management\nOwn end-to-end delivery of engineering initiatives from planning through production deployment.\n\nPartner closely with Product Management, Architecture, UX, Security, and Operations to deliver business outcomes.\n\nManage sprint execution, release planning, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution.\n\nDrive predictable delivery through effective planning, estimation, and execution.\n\nMonitor deliveryhealth using engineering and delivery metrics.\n\nTechnical Leadership\nProvide technical direction for CIAM solutions built using modern identity platforms such as ForgeRock and Auth0.\n\nGuide engineering teams in adopting AI-powered development tools, solution design and architecture decisions to ensure scalability, availability, maintainability, and security.\n\nReview technical approaches and ensure engineering best practices are followed.\n\nMentor engineers onsecure software development, cloud-native architecture, API design, and engineering standards.\n\nEncourage data-driven engineering decisions using engineering metrics, AI insights, and platform observability.\n\nQuality & Engineering Excellence\nBuild quality into the software development lifecycle rather than treating QA as a separate phase.\n\nLead Quality Engineering practices including:\n\nTest automation\n\nShift-left testing\n\nPerformance testing\n\nRegression automation\n\nRelease readiness\n\nImprove engineering productivity through automation and DevOps practices.\n\nDrive improvements in code quality, technical debt reduction, observability, and platform reliability.\n\nCIAM Platform Ownership\nLead the development and evolution of Customer Identity solutions including:\n\nAuthentication\n\nAuthorization\n\nSingle Sign-On\n\nFederation\n\nMFA\n\nPasswordlessauthentication\n\nIdentity Lifecycle Management\n\nEnsure compliance with security and privacy standards including GDPR and CCPA.\n\nCollaborate with Security teams to improve platform resilience and risk management.\n\nStakeholder Management\nBuild strong partnerships with Product, Architecture, Security, Platform Engineering, and Business stakeholders.\n\nCommunicate engineering progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments.\n\nProvide regular reporting using engineering KPIs and operational metrics.\n\nContinuous Improvement\nDrive adoption of Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and engineering best practices.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve engineering processes, developer experience, automation, and operational excellence.\n\nChampion innovation and continuous learning across the team.\n\nQualifications \nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relatedfield with 12+ years of experience.\n\nPrevious software engineering experience with proven success managing engineering teams.\n\nExperience leading both Software Development and Quality Engineering teams.\n\nStrong experience delivering enterprise applications in Agile environments.\n\nExperience with Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) and Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms.\n\nExcellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.\n\nExperience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced engineering
