In this role, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance during Royalty Audits for various authors. This position requires regular collaboration with the other departments as well as the ability to work with large data sets, performing various analyses and research to ensure accurate audit proceedings.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAssist in the preparation of author/auditor inquiry support using various system(s) extracts and royalty statements.\nCollating, checking, and analyzing spreadsheet data. \nResearch on various aspects of the audit, collaborate with cross functional teams for process understanding and information gathering.\nAssist in the maintenance of Fieldwork Tracking reports and provide regular updates.\nManage data/report extraction, storage, transformation, and processing through data analytics.\nInteract closely with portfolio team to ensure smooth audit proceedings.\nAssist in the review and analysis of the claim reports submitted by the auditor, as well as the relevant provisions of the underlying contracts.\nDraft summaries for internal and external stakeholders. \nConduct effective rate analysis on various titles, calculating flat rates based on weighted revenue across channels.\nReview contracts, clarify issues, summarize key points, and communicate to all affected departments to ensure compliance with the contract's terms and accurate accounting.\nCollaborate with portfolio team to resolve queries and interpret rates accurately.\nAssist in ad-hoc projects involving complex analysis and large data sets for other Operating Units and US leadership team.\nActively participate in data maintenance efforts and contribute to improving data reports as needed.\nDrafting SOPs and continuously working on process improvement initiates\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.\nPrior experience in audit fieldwork, claims analysis, or similar role preferred.\nProficiency in working with large data sets and conducting thorough analyses.\nStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.\nDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.\nEnglish fluency both verbal and written is required.\nDisciplined self-starter with can-do attitude;
