The role supports strong financial controls by ensuring transactions are properly documented, approved, coded, and processed in accordance with company policies and established procedures.\nKey Responsibilities\nProcess and validate PO and non-PO invoices for accuracy, completeness, coding, and appropriate approvals.\nPerform invoice matching against purchase orders and receiving documentation where applicable.\nReview employee travel and expense transactions, including Concur submissions, for compliance with company policy.\nMonitor AP mailboxes and respond to vendor and internal stakeholder inquiries.\nInvestigate invoice discrepancies, duplicate invoices, missing documentation, payment issues, and other AP exceptions.\nMaintain accurate vendor records and support vendor setup and updates.\nPrepare and process payment transactions in accordance with established payment schedules and controls.\nPerform vendor statement and AP account reconciliations and follow up on outstanding items.\nSupport month-end close activities, including AP reconciliations and outstanding transaction reviews.\nMaintain complete audit documentation and supporting records.\nIdentify opportunities to streamline AP processes, strengthen controls, and reduce manual work.\nCollaborate with Procurement, Finance, business stakeholders, and vendors to resolve AP issues.\nIdeal Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.\n3-5 years of Accounts Payable, Finance Operations, or similar experience.\nExperience with invoice processing, PO matching, payment processing, reconciliations, and vendor management.\nExperience with Oracle, Concur, or comparable ERP/expense systems is advantageous.\nStrong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, filters, and Basic IA tools.\nGood understanding of accounting principles and internal financial controls.\nStrong analytical skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to investigate discrepancies and independently drive issues to resolution.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nCore Competencies\nAccuracy | Accountability | Analytical
