with real-time user feedback\n\nMentor team members and promote software development best practices\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nRequired:\nB.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field\n\n4-6+ years of hands-on experience in frontend or full stack web development\n\nDeep expertise in JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular, and state management (e.g., Redux)\n\nStrong command of JavaScript and TypeScript\n\nSolid experience with CSS-in-JS, SASS/SCSS, or other modular styling systems\n\nExperience working with and evolving design systems and component libraries\n\nStrong understanding of web performance optimization, lazy loading, bundle size management\n\nExperience with responsive design, cross-browser testing, and mobile-first development\n\nExperience with backend technologies like Node.js, Python, or Java\n\nStrong understanding of RESTful APIs and service-oriented architecture\n\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure\n\nExperience working with MySQL and NoSQL databases\n\nStrong grasp of modern web architecture and performance optimization\n\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills\n\nA proactive, team-oriented mindset and sense of ownership\n\nNice to Have\nExposure to server-side rendering or frameworks like Next.js\n\nFamiliarity with frontend testing tools such as Jest, Testing Library, Cypress\n\nExperience in CI/CD
