engineering challenges, leading technical initiatives, mentoring others, and continuously improving how enterprise endpoint services are delivered.\nWhat You'll Do\nApple Platform Engineering\nDesign, implement and continuously improve our enterprise macOS platform using Jamf Pro Cloud.\nEngineer scalable and secure Apple endpoint services supporting thousands of global users.\nDevelop and maintain configuration profiles, compliance policies and enterprise security baselines.\nDesign automated provisioning workflows using Apple Business Manager and Automated Device Enrollment (ADE).\nManage macOS lifecycle strategy including operating system upgrades, patch management and application deployment.\nEvaluate emerging Apple technologies and recommend platform improvements.\nDefine engineering standards and best practices across the Apple ecosystem.\nParticipate in disaster recovery planning and platform resilience initiatives.\nJamf Engineering & Architecture\nAdminister and optimize the Jamf Pro platform.\nDesign scalable policy frameworks for software deployment, configuration management and compliance.\nBuild Smart Groups, Extension Attributes, reporting dashboards and automation workflows.\nEngineer integrations with ServiceNow, Microsoft Graph and other enterprise platforms.\nSupport and enhance Jamf Connect, Jamf Protect and identity-based authentication services.\nContinuously improve platform performance, reliability and operational efficiency.\nSecurity & Compliance\nImplement CIS Benchmarks and enterprise security standards across macOS.\nPartner with Security Operations to improve endpoint detection and response capabilities.\nImplement Zero Trust principles throughout the Apple device lifecycle.\nManage compliance reporting and audit readiness.\nWork closely with Security teams to reduce endpoint risk through proactive engineering.\nSupport Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Jamf Protect security initiatives.\nAutomation & Scripting\nAutomation is central to this role.\nYou will design reusable automation that reduces manual effort while improving platform reliability.\nResponsibilities include:\nDeveloping automation using Bash, Zsh and Python.\nBuilding integrations using Microsoft Graph APIs and REST APIs.\nAutomating software deployment and configuration management.\nCreating reusable engineering tooling for endpoint lifecycle management.\nLeveraging Git and CI/CD pipelines to manage endpoint configuration.\nMicrosoft Intune & Mobile Device Management\nAssist Engineering with Mobile Device Management solutions using Microsoft Intune.\nSupport iOS and iPadOS enrollment, provisioning and lifecycle management.\nPartner with Microsoft engineering teams to deliver a unified endpoint management strategy.\nPlatform Strategy & Leadership\nAs a Level 4 Engineer, you will influence the future direction of the Apple platform.\nResponsibilities include:\nConducting architecture and design reviews.\nEvaluating new Apple technologies.\nCollaborating with Infrastructure, Security and Workplace Technology teams.\nDriving Digital Employee Experience improvements through platforms such as Nexthink.\nChampioning automation-first engineering practices.\nIdentifying opportunities for operational excellence and service improvements.\nTechnical Leadership\nAlthough this is an individual contributor role, you will be expected to provide technical leadership by:\nActing as one of the highest level escalation point for complex Apple platform issues.\nMentoring junior engineers.\nSharing business teams.\nWhat You'll Bring\nWe're looking for someone who combines deep technical expertise with a passion for improving user experience.\nRequired Experience\n5+ years supporting enterprise macOS environments.\n3+ years administering Jamf Pro Cloud.\n2+ years managing Microsoft Intune.\nExperience managing Apple Business Manager and Automated Device Enrollment.\nStrong experience supporting enterprise iOS and iPadOS devices.\nAdvanced scripting experience using Bash, Zsh or Python.\nExperience working with Microsoft Entra ID.\nExperience implementing Conditional Access and compliance policies.\nStrong understanding of macOS security architecture.\nExperience managing operating system lifecycle and application deployment.\nExperience integrating enterprise identity and endpoint platforms.\nExcellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.\nExperience working in large enterprise environments supporting thousands of endpoints.\nPreferred Experience\nExperience with any of the following is highly desirable:\nJamf 300, 370 or 400 Certifications.\nApple Device Support or Apple Deployment & Management Certification.\nMicrosoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator
