project for one of our international clients.\nThe ideal candidate will have experience in data entry, administrative support, or data processing, with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to follow structured processes consistently.\nThis role will focus on reviewing information from different sources, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Excel spreadsheets, and Order Management Systems (OMS), and accurately entering that information into an internal application.\nWe are looking for detail-oriented, organized, and reliable professionals who are comfortable performing repetitive tasks, maintaining high-quality standards, and working with English-language systems and documentation.\nWhat You'll Lead and Build\nAccurately enter and update data in the client's internal application.\n\nReview and extract information from Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Excel spreadsheets, and internal Order Management Systems (OMS).\n\nProcess assigned requests and tickets following established workflows and procedures.\n\nUpdate ticket statuses and ensure requests are correctly transferred to the next stage of the process.\n\nConsult internal knowledge bases, reference guides, and process documentation to complete tasks accurately.\n\nVerify data accuracy, completeness, and consistency before submitting completed work.\n\nIdentify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information and escalate issues when necessary.\n\nMaintain productivity and quality standards while handling repetitive, high-volume data entry tasks.\n\nFollow established operational guidelines and meet assigned deadlines.\n\nWhat You Bring to the Table\nEnglish proficiency at B2 level or higher, with the ability to understand written instructions and communicate effectively (Must).\n\nPrevious experience in data entry, data processing, administrative support, or similar operational roles (Must).\n\nStrong attention to detail and data accuracy (Must).\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data management, navigation, and basic spreadsheet functions.\n\nAbility to follow structured procedures and work with detailed process documentation.\n\nStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests efficiently.\n\nComfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining consistent quality and productivity.\n\nAbility to work independently in a remote environment.\n\nExperience working with CRM platforms, ticketing systems, or order management applications.\n\nMicrosoft Dynamics CRM experience (Nice to have).\n\nExperience working with high-volume
