effective collaboration between Systems Administrators and internal technical teams.\n\nReview recurring incidents and monitoring alerts, helping identify false positives and opportunities to improve operational processes.\n\nSupport routine server builds, backups, snapshots, and other scheduled infrastructure activities.\n\nWhat You Bring to the Table\nStrong hands-on experience administering and troubleshooting Windows Server and Linux environments.\n\nExperience supporting Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments, ideally versions 7, 8, or 9.\n\nExperience with server patching, infrastructure monitoring, and production support.\n\nFamiliarity with SCCM, Red Hat Satellite/Capsule, and Ansible playbook execution.\n\nUnderstanding of SQL Server Always On operational support or
