You can also read more about our culture on our LinkedIn page (https://www.linkedin.com/company/pebbleroad/).\n\nThe role\nAs an OutSystems Platform Support Engineer, you'll look after an on-prem OutSystems platform that Singapore government agencies rely on every day. You'll run platform upgrades and patches, check the installation is healthy, assess how server and infra upgrades affect it, and handle deployments and incidents within agreed SLAs.\nYou'll work with our OutSystems developers, client infra teams and client stakeholders, keeping the platform stable, secure and compliant with government standards and audit requirements.\nWhat you'll do\nPlan and run OutSystems version and patch upgrades (O11, and ODC where used), with testing and rollback plans\n\nRun regular health checks of the on-prem installation: Service Center, LifeTime, front-end and database servers, logs and performance\n\nAssess the impact of server, OS, database and infra upgrades on the platform, and coordinate with infra teams\n\nRun deployments across environments via LifeTime, following change management\n\nApply security patches and fix findings from vulnerability scans, penetration tests and advisories\n\nHandle incidents within SLA, find the root cause and write the RCA\n\nKeep runbooks, platform documentation and release notes up to date\n\nPrepare monthly SLA and platform health reports\n\nNow and then: small app fixes, Forge component updates and user support\n\nWork with clients and the team to prioritise the maintenance backlog\nWhat we're looking at\n3+ years with OutSystems, including platform admin on O11 (Service Center, LifeTime, upgrades, deployments)\n\nWorking knowledge of Windows Server, IIS and SQL Server or Oracle\n\nNetworking and SSL certificate basics, and comfortable troubleshooting with logs and SQL\n\nFamiliar with ITIL-style incident, problem and change management, and working to SLAs\n\nExperience with government or other regulated environments, and with security fixes and audits\n\nClear communicator with both engineers and non-technical client teams; calm under pressure\n\nBased in Singapore\n\nNice to have: ODC experience, OutSystems certification, scripting (e.g. PowerShell)\nLocation and work setup\nThis role is based in Singapore, with our office at 52a Tanjong Pagar Road.
