This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is ready to hit the ground running.\nBased in London, you'll play a key role in supporting and executing our go-to-market strategy across the EMEA region- with a particular focus on driving growth in French and German-speaking markets. You'll work across events, campaigns, and regional initiatives, balancing day-to-day execution with a clear understanding of broader business priorities.\nFrench or German language skills are strongly preferred, as you'll be supporting localisation and regional engagement efforts in these markets.\nHow You'll Make An Impact:\nGTM Strategy & Regional Campaigns\nSupport the development and localisation of go-to-market strategies for the French and German markets, adapting messaging, content, and campaigns to local audiences.\n\nExecute integrated regional marketing campaigns across multiple channels, supporting awareness, consideration, and conversion goals.\n\nCollaborate with the wider marketing team on EMEA-wide initiatives - ensuring regional nuance and relevance are reflected as well as our partnerships team for partner-led campaigns.\n\nContribute to demand generation and pipeline growth by aligning field activities with broader marketing and sales objectives.\n\nStay close to regional market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform strategy and campaign direction.\n\nEvents & Field Marketing\nPlan and deliver a regional events calendar that spans conferences, expos, virtual summits, hosted dinners, VIP roundtables, and smaller closing events - ensuring strong alignment with sales pipeline and buying cycles.\n\nLead end-to-end event execution: from logistics and vendor management to budget tracking and post-event reporting.\n\nDevelop compelling pre-event promotional campaigns across email, social, and paid channels to drive registration and engagement.\n\nTest and iterate on innovative event formats - hybrid, interactive, and digital - to continuously improve prospect and customer experience.\n\nAnalyse event performance data (attendance, lead quality, pipeline influence) and feed insights back into future planning.\n\nPartner closely with sales to ensure smooth lead handoff, follow-up, and pipeline tracking post-event.\n\nLet's Connect If You Have:\n3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with strong demonstrable experience in events and field marketing.\n\nFluency or strong proficiency in French or German (strongly preferred).\n\nA track record of delivering high-quality events and campaigns in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.\n\nExperience supporting or contributing to GTM strategy - you understand how marketing activity connects to revenue.\n\nStrong project management skills: you can handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and keep stakeholders aligned without losing momentum.\n\nData-driven mindset - comfortable using event metrics and campaign data to evaluate performance and optimise future activity.\n\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across marketing, sales, and external partners.\n\nFamiliarity with virtual and hybrid event platforms (e.g., Hopin, Zoom Webinars), marketing tools (e.g., Inflection, Salesforce, Looker, Canva), project management tools (eg.
