In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience helping to build and scale reliable platform solutions that directly impact customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Working closely with engineers, product managers, and design partners, you will tackle real-world technical problems and contribute to user-facing features. You are eager to learn, care about code quality, and are excited to work with modern technologies in a collaborative environment. At Pebl, we’re building people-first software that businesses trust to support their teams-and you’ll play an active role in learning how we shape systems that matter.\nHow You’ll Make an Impact:\nCollaborate with engineers at varying Seniority levels, product managers, and designers to build and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.\n\nWrite, test, and maintain applications and services using TypeScript, Postgres, and AWS in a serverless environment.\n\nBuild with effective AI-driven development throughout all aspects of the development lifecycle.\n\nAssist in optimizing systems and processes to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.\n\nLearn and practice writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code aligned with our team standards.\n\nParticipate actively in technical discussions, design reviews, and team code reviews to develop your engineering skills.\n\nHelp troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.\n\nStay curious about emerging technologies and best practices to continuously enhance your technical toolkit.\n\nLet’s Connect If You Are/Have:\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.\n\nStrong foundational knowledge of software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms.\n\nAcademic or project experience with modern languages and technologies, preferably TypeScript, JavaScript, or backend systems.\n\nFamiliarity with databases (e.g., Postgres, SQL) and basic cloud concepts (e.g., AWS).\n\nA lean mindset -
