Join us in this impactful endeavor and be a driving force towards a more sustainable world.\n\nYour tasks\nWe are seeking a motivated and hands-on Senior IT Support Engineer to provide end-user support and help maintain secure, reliable IT systems and infrastructure. Working with local teams and the wider organization, your responsibilities will include:\nInstall, configure, deploy and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals; provide first- and second-level user support and troubleshoot hardware, software and operating-system issues.\nManage user onboarding and offboarding, software installation, upgrades, patch management, IT asset inventory and support documentation.\nAdminister Microsoft Active Directory accounts, groups, organizational units, permissions and Group Policies, including password management and access controls.\nSupport LAN/WAN connectivity and assist with switches, routers, wireless access points and firewalls; monitor network reliability and coordinate with service providers.\nMaintain CCTV and recording systems, troubleshoot cameras and NVR/DVR equipment, and support surveillance system installations or expansion.\nAdminister and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Server and Hyper-V hosts and virtual machines; monitor backups and disaster recovery and assist with upgrades and migrations.\nPerform preventive maintenance and system health checks, uphold IT security policies, maintain technical records and participate in IT infrastructure improvement projects.\nLiaise with external vendors and undertake other related IT support tasks as required.\n\nThe ideal candidate has \nA Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.\nAt least 3 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, helpdesk or systems administration.\nHands-on experience supporting Windows environments, Microsoft Active Directory and LAN/WAN networks.\nExperience supporting CCTV systems, Microsoft Windows Server and Hyper-V virtualization environments.\nStrong troubleshooting skills, good documentation practices and a proactive approach to system reliability and security.\nThe ability to work independently and
