You will:\nLead communication between the hub and our headquarters.\n\nClose the hub and ensure everything is tidy and ready to go for the next shift.\n\nSupport the team with onboarding, problem-solving, and answering their questions.\n\nQuality (and quantity!) control for irregularities.\n\nTrack hours, shifts, and KPIs for our biggest hub!\n\nKeep the hub running smoothly by fixing processes and removing blockers.\n\nRequirements\nWhat you'll need\nAvailability on evenings/mornings (4 weekdays + every Saturday).\n\nB2-level English (Dutch is nice but not necessary!)\n\nAn eye for quality, safety, and following all security-related rules.\n\nTo be physically fit: you will be walking and lifting a lot.\n\nDiscipline, good organisational skills, and the ability to focus for long periods of time.\n\nPrevious experience working in a hub / logistics would be nice (but not necessary!)\n\nAny relevant certificate (EPT, forklift, etc.) would be nice.\n\nAt Peddler, we are always looking for ambitious individuals, from all kinds of backgrounds.
