The Enrollment Coordinator is also responsible for reviewing and submitting all DP and Therapy Medicaid Audits. \nDevelop relationships with and communicates eligibility with the family. \nEmail families monthly to update them on where we are in the enrollment process. \nMeet with Director of Preschool Services and/or Senior Director weekly to help facilitate completion of eligibility requirements for enrollment and review eligibility status for approval for enrollment. \nSend necessary paperwork for a client that has attended an ITP Conference. \nNotify the Director of Preschool Services and/or Senior Director when a client has been approved for enrollment to meet Medicaid guidelines. \nMonitor ITP Conferences and Screeners. \nReview all patient charts for completeness to ensure compliance with all federal and state guidelines, including Medicaid and DHS. \nReceive Therapy Audit Letters from EQ Health, distribute them out to each site to get the audit packets ready and complete DP audits. \nResponsible for sending out emails for audit deadlines, communicating with each site about each audit, and submitting audit packets once they are completed. \nResponsible for any denied audits and gathering the correct information from the sites to get the denial overturned. \nComplete all documentation in necessary systems. \nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nWhat you have:\nAbility to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide variety of people.\nMust be able to work with children birth to age 21 and families who are at risk.\nStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.\nComputer skills which includes a working knowledge of keyboarding, database, word processing, spreadsheet, and Internet software.\nAbility to handle multiple tasks in a very busy environment.\nAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, policies, and other company documents.\nAbility to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.\nAbility to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.\nAbility to add, subtract, multiply, divide, in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.\nAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.\nReports for work dressed appropriately and complies with company policies regarding the dress code.\nAbility to maintain regular and punctual attendance.\nAbility to complete tasks in a timely manner.\nRequired Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\nBachelor’s Degree, preferred. \nOne year of successful experience in a similar position or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nPhysical Demands:\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the team memberis frequentlyrequired to accurately communicate information and ideasso others will understand through sight and hearing.The team memberisregularly required to moveincluding walking, running, jumping, and sitting. The team member is regularly required touse hands and fingers to handle, lift, reach, and feel.The team memberis frequentlyrequired to stand and stoop, twist, bend, kneel, crouch,or crawl.
