Help customers by providing detailed descriptions of menu ,items and making recommendations\nTake orders over the phone for delivery and collection. Accurately record the customers choices, special instructions, and coordinate it with the store\nAssist customers with modifying existing orders and making special requests and communicate changes with the stores\nUp selling and Cross selling. Identify opportunities to upsell or promote additional menu items, beverages, or services to the customer.
