Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, that went from $0 to $15M ARR in 18 months, with a 100+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.\nAbout The Role\nWe're looking for an Associate GTM Engineer to build and run the HubSpot systems behind how Peec AI wins customers in the US. HubSpot sits at the center of our GTM stack, and this role makes it work harder: workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle automation, and the integrations that connect it to everything else.\nYou'll work closely with the New York AE and SDR team and grow into the wider GTM engineering toolkit, from Clay and enrichment to multi-channel outbound. This is an on-site role in our New York office.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild and maintain HubSpot workflows that automate lead management, lifecycle stages, handoffs, and follow-ups\n\nSet up and tune lead scoring, routing, and assignment so the right leads reach the right rep fast\n\nConfigure and manage HubSpot properties, custom objects, forms, and sequences\n\nConnect HubSpot to the rest of the stack through native integrations, Zapier, or n8n, and keep data flowing cleanly between tools\n\nOwn data quality: deduplication, enrichment inputs, and the standards that keep reporting trustworthy\n\nSupport campaign launches from list building to sequence setup\n\nDocument what you build so the system stays repeatable\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n1 to 2 years in a HubSpot-heavy role in B2B SaaS: marketing operations, RevOps, CRM administration, or GTM engineering\n\nExcellent HubSpot skills: you've built complex workflows, lead scoring models, and custom properties, and you know where HubSpot breaks and how to work around it\n\nA builder mindset: you'd rather automate a task than do it twice\n\nComfortable connecting systems with Zapier, n8n, or similar tools\n\nStructured and detail-oriented with data\n\nAI-native by default: you reach for AI tools to move faster\n\nBased in New York, or ready to relocate, and excited to be in the office five days a week\n\nBonus Points\nHubSpot certifications (Operations Hub, Sales Hub, or Marketing Hub)\n\nExposure to Clay, Apollo, or other enrichment tools\n\nSome JavaScript or Python, for example for HubSpot custom coded actions\n\nExperience in a high-growth startup\n\nWhat We Offer\nExciting and challenging work with real impact and ownership as we build our US team in New York\n\nCompetitive salary and meaningful equity: everyone at Peec owns a piece of the upside\n\nComprehensive benefits package\n\nRegular team events and off-sites\n\nA collaborative, in-office work environment in the heart of New York\n\nEEOC Statement\nPeec AI is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
