This position will be work Monday - Friday, 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm.\n QUALIFICATIONS:\nEducation:\nHigh School Diploma\nExperience:\nMinimum of four years fabrication experience\nSkills/Abilities:\nMust be able to set up and operate a wide variety of equipment\nReading blueprints/schematics\nAbility to use squares, tape measures and calipers for quality checks.\nPositive can-do attitude\nQuality control on finished products in an ISO environment\nSupervise and inspect operators work.\nESSENTIAL RESULTS:\nWorking knowledge of press-brakes including Cincinnati, Trumpf, Ras, knowledge of tooling for each machine\nWorking knowledge of tapping, timesaver, punch press, drilling, and Pem insertion is essential for this job.\nWorking knowledge of Haas, Mazak and threading machines \nRead and interpret shop orders, including drawings, routings, and set-up sheets\nVerify correct raw material or work in progress material\nAble to bend stainless steel, mild steel and aluminum\nAble to determine proper tooling to make progressive bends\nAble to determine tonnage, k-factors for all bends\nBend or joggle to the specified dimension\nResponsible for maintaining quality and documenting all in process specifications\nResponsible for filling out paperwork and time clock reporting associated with work performed\nPerform job duties in a safe and effective manner\nReport machine problems such as air or oil leaks to lead man or supervisor\nProducing prototypes and necessary inspection forms in a timely manner.\nProper stacking and care of parts thru fabrication.\nKnowledge of 2, 4 and 6 axis back gauging.\nAbility to request tooling when needed.\nClear communication with quality, engineering and product development when needed.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nWORKING CONDITION:\nMust be able to work overtime, including weekends as needed.\nMust be physically capable of standing/bending/stooping/squeezing 8+ hour shift(s)\nMust be able to lift, carry and/or move up to 30 lbs. on a given day without assistance and 31-70 lbs. with assistance.\nMust have the ability to push, pull material and equipment as needed.\nMust be able to wear required safety equipment
