Their performance is criticalinensuringproduction quotas are met in a timelyfashionwhile first observingthe highest standards of safety and quality.\nSchedule: This position works 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday from 3:30pm PM to midnight.\nHourly Pay: 17-18/hr\nWhat You Will Do:\nWork cooperatively with the production team to ensure workplace safety and product quality while meeting production goals\n\nComplete packaging tasks such as case filling, box assembly, and pallet stacking\n\nComply withall written Workplace Safety rules and other safety requirements and standards consistently\n\nComply withall written food safety Good Manufacturing Practices and other requirements and standards consistently\n\nReport all safety and quality concerns to Leadership\n\nWork on a packaging line with consistent speed and accuracy\n\nMake every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality\n\nPerform assigned cleaning and sanitation tasks to ensure a clean and safe work area\n\nPerform assigned material management tasks to ensure an efficient, organized, and safe work area\n\nUse tools and equipment correctly and maintainthem with care\n\nWillingness to comply withall safety rules\n\nReport any tool and equipment issues to Leadership\n\nFollow all written and verbal instructions\n\nAttend all safety and production meetings and trainings\n\nDemonstrate ability to perform tasks using computer applications\n\nDemonstrate ability to perform production quality monitoring and reporting tasks\n\nWillingnessto work overtime as needed, including Saturdays\n\nWho You Are:\nPositive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team\n\nAbility to work independentlyand collaborate in a team environment, manage and follow through multi-step project steps/procedures consistently.\n\nPerform work in a timelyand professional manner.\n\nAbility to adjust and adapt to change while staying focused on project deliverables\n\nHighly motivated, self-directed, and results-driven.\n\nDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills.\n\nReliableandpunctual.\n\nQualifications:\nRequired:\nHigh school diploma orGEDequivalent\n\nMinimum 1year of experience working in an industrial production facility\n\nCapable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals\n\nBasic math, reading, and writing skills\n\nBasic computer skills\n\nPreferred:\nAt least 1 year of coffee industry experience is strongly desired\n\nAt least 1 year of food manufacturing experience is strongly desired\n\nPhysical Demands:\nThe physical demands for this position areseeing, hearing, speaking in addition to the following:\nAble condition to work 8 hourshifts while standing, lifting, bending, and reaching\n\nMust be able to work on your feet over 9 straight hours\n\nAble to perform physical tasks that are repetitive and lift upto 30 lbs. on a regular basis\n\nMust be able to lift 80 pounds 20% of the shift\n\nMust be able to endure constant leaning and bending during shift\n\nMust be able to handle/move up to 750 poundbins on casters\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nThe physical requirements for this position include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours.
