This position is responsible for meeting production goals efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and accuracy throughout the process.\nSchedule: This position works 3rd Shift, Monday-Friday from 11:30pm-8:00am\nPay: $17-18/hour\nWhat You Will Do:\nCollaborate with the production team to maintain a safe work environment, ensure product quality, and meet production goals.\n\nPerform packaging activities, including case filling, box assembly, and pallet stacking.\n\nConsistently follow all workplace safety policies, procedures, and requirements.\n\nFollow all food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to maintain product safety and quality.\n\nReport safety, quality, equipment, or production concerns to Leadership.\n\nOperate on a packaging line with consistent speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency without compromising safety or quality.\n\nComplete assigned cleaning and sanitation tasks to maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.\n\nPerform material handling and management tasks to support an organized and efficient production environment.\n\nFollow all written and verbal instructions, including safety and production procedures.\n\nUse computer applications to complete assigned production tasks and documentation.\n\nPerform quality checks and accurately document production and quality information.\n\nWho You Are:\nPositive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.\n\nAbility to follow multi-step procedures consistently and complete tasks accurately and efficiently.\n\nProfessional and dependable, with a strong commitment to completing work on time.\n\nAdaptable and able to respond effectively to changing priorities while maintaining focus on results.\n\nSelf-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.\n\nDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.\n\nReliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining consistent attendance.\n\nQualifications:\nRequired:\nHigh school diploma or GED equivalent\n\nMinimum 1 year of experience in an industrial production or manufacturing environment.\n\nAbility to read, understand, and follow production documentation, work instructions, and safety procedures\n\nBasic proficiency in math, reading, and written communication\n\nBasic computer skills and ability to navigate standard workplace systems\n\nAt least 1 year of experience in the coffee or food manufacturing industry is strongly preferred.\n\nPhysical Demands:\nThe physical demands for this position are seeing, hearing, speaking in addition to the following:\nAble condition to work 8 hour shifts while standing, lifting, bending, and reaching\n\nMust be able to work on your feet over 9 straight hours\n\nAble to perform physical tasks that are repetitive and lift up to 30 lbs. on a regular basis\n\nMust be able to lift 80 pounds 20% of the shift\n\nMust be able to endure constant leaning and bending during shift\n\nMust be able to handle/move up to 750 pound bins on casters\n\nPhysical Requirements: \nThe physical requirements for this position include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours.
