We view AI maturity as a spectrum, progressing from foundational adoption toward more strategic, advocacy driven integration, and you will play an active role in that journey.\n\nWhat You'll Do At Pega\n\n Leverage best in class GenAI technology to develop Pega Platform GenAI capabilities \n Work with ML engineers to integrate Harness that powers Pega's Agents and AI Assistant that helps Pega Developers to build Pega Rules \n Implement solutions by leveraging the strong build in capabilities in Pega platform \n Contribute to GenAI Evaluations, Observability and Guardrailing capabilities \n\nWho You Are\n\nYou demonstrate a strong Growth Mindset—embracing curiosity, continuous learning, and adaptability in a fast-changing technology environment.
