This role ensures all inbound and outbound shipments are completed in a timely, accurate and cost-effective manner while maintaining accurate inventory records and effective stock management. You will help drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, environmentally conscious workplace. In this position you will be proficient in shipping and warehousing practices, while being a self-starter who thrives in an environment of continuous improvement and problem-solving. Meeting deadlines and delivering on promises nurtures your soul. \nKey Responsibilities: \nAssist in creating shipping labels, packing slips, and organizing documentation.\nPick and process orders accurately and quickly following company’s fulfillment standards.\nMonitor and address order exceptions and perform purchase order reconciliations.\nEnsure accurate PO receiving and shipping reconciliation.\nCoordinate and maintain an efficient warehouse layout to streamline operations.\nAssist with inventory counts, perform stock reconciliation, and assist in receiving inventory.\nSupport the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse, including sweeping, garbage disposal, and stock placement..\nEnsure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.\nPromote and uphold Pela’s commitment to quality, environmental responsibility, and safe practices.\nQualifications & Skills:\nYou are familiar with domestic and international shipping\nProficiency in Google Suite and shipping/inventory systems like ShipHero (or comparable platforms).\nExcellent organizational and time management skills.\nAnalytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.\nSelf-motivated, able to work independently and take initiative.\nComfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working on your feet for extended periods.\nCollaborative, team-oriented attitude with a strong commitment to green manufacturing and sustainability.\nThrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.\nShift Time Available:\nSunday - Thursday: 7:30am-4:00pm\nCommitment to Diversity:\nPela is committed to cultivating and preserving a company culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
