If you’re ready to build something that makes a difference, be part of a team that protects what matters most.\n\nWhat You'll Do:\nTake ownership of the financial integrity of our German operations, partnering with the Finance Director to connect accurate reporting with smooth day-to-day execution.\nResponsible for all tasks involved in the General Accounting of our company in Germany.\nLiaise with Audit, Accountant and Tax Consultants to obtain, Annual Accounts, Company Income Tax calculation and filing and most important, Annual Audit Report in a timely manner.\nCheck and process vendor invoices. Supplier invoices are currently handled by the A/P Department.\nAccounting entries.\nVendor Payments.\nInteract with service providers to ensure efficient operations.\nDeal with all general consultants related advisors for domestic and foreign VAT declarations, INTRASTAT, etc.\nPerforms various clerical tasks such as: filing, posting, tabulating and typing.\nMay be called on to communicate with customers regarding order status, stock product information, etc.\nMaintains records of customer contacts and response and documents request for action.\nProvides financial analysis, forecasting and contributes to budget processes.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nAccounting educational background & 3-5 years' professional experience working on the accounting full cycle, preferably in Germany.\nGeneric Accounting knowledge.\nPractical knowledge of office administration and confidence using standard office equipment.\nFluency in written and spoken English and German.\nConfident user of Windows, Microsoft Office and SAP.\nStrong organizational skills, with a structured approach to document management and filing.\nA proactive, approachable communicator who enjoys supporting colleagues and external consultants.\n\nWhat’s In It For You:\nJoin a company that truly values its employees!
