If you’re ready to build something that makes a difference, be part of a team that protects what matters most. \nWhat You’ll Do:\nThe Rotational Molding Operator is responsible for setting up and operating rotational molding machines to produce high-quality plastic containers and custom products while supporting daily manufacturing operations.\nOperate rotational molding machines with minimal supervision\nFollow written and verbal work instructions and manufacturing procedures\nSet up and service molds while monitoring machine controls and product quality\nPerform secondary operations on molded products as needed\nUse powered and manual hand tools, hoists, gantries, and production equipment\nRead basic blueprints and manufacturing work orders\nMaintain quality standards and production records\nKeep work areas and equipment clean, organized, and safe\nAssist with training and sharing technical knowledge with team members\nWork Shift: 10:00pm - 6:00am Sunday - Thursday \nWhat We’re Looking For:\nAbility to follow safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines\nExperience operating machinery and production equipment\nStrong attention to detail and quality standards\nAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment\nTeam-oriented with strong communication skills\nOne year of plastic molding or similar machine operation experience preferred\nWhat You May Be Doing:\nStanding, walking, bending, crouching, and repetitive hand/wrist movements throughout the shift\nLifting and moving up to 40 lbs\nWorking flexible hours, overtime, evenings, and weekends as needed\nOperating around manufacturing equipment and production machinery daily\nWhat’s In It For You:\nJoin a company that truly values its employees!
