If you’re ready to build something that makes a difference, be part of a team that protects what matters most. \n\nWhat You'll Do:\nSupport production by maintaining and repairing injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment. You’ll troubleshoot issues, reduce downtime, and help ensure equipment runs safely and efficiently.\nPerform preventive and planned maintenance on injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.\nMaintain and repair robots, dryers, thermolators, compressors, chillers, towers, and related support equipment.\nRespond to machine failures and diagnose electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues.\nTroubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.\nAssist in teardown and rebuild of injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.\nInspect equipment and report unsafe or improper operations.\nEvaluate spare parts needs and submit requisitions to support production continuity.\nCommunicate with production teams to prioritize and coordinate maintenance needs.\nMaintain accurate records of maintenance work performed.\nFollow all safety and quality procedures while maintaining productivity standards.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.\nFollow company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.\nPerform additional duties as assigned.\nWork Schedule: Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 10:30pm Pacific Time\n\nWhat We’re Looking For: \nEducation: High School Diploma or equivalent required.\n1–2 years of industrial maintenance experience.\nBasic knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.\nAbility to troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment.\nAbility to read and interpret schematics and diagrams.\nProficiency using power tools, hand tools, and precision instruments.\nBasic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\nAbility to communicate effectively and work with production teams.\nAbility to obtain forklift certification during initial trial period.\nAbility to obtain crane certification during initial trial period.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nTechnical training school certification.\nAbility to read ladder logic and PLC ladder diagrams.\nExperience in injection molding or plastics manufacturing environments.\nStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting mindset.\nWhat’s In It For You: \nJoin a company that truly values its employees!
