We're headquartered in Paris, with offices in Miami, London and Amsterdam, and we're just getting started.\nThis is a rare chance to join a company that's redefining an industry that hasn't been disrupted in decades - from the inside.\nAbout the Role\nIn your capacity as a Senior DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer, you will be instrumental in architecting the orchestration layer that drives Pelico across all fronts, spanning our global SaaS infrastructure to the most restricted, air-gapped enterprise environments.\nYour core mission is ensuring Pelico remains effortless to install, manage, and expand, irrespective of the underlying host. Operating at the crossroads of system architecture, product engineering, and field operations, you will tackle intricate technical hurdles and help define the future of AI-driven industrial infrastructure.\nWhat You’ll Do\nBuild\nDesign and evolve Pelico's deployment architecture across Azure, GCP, AWS, single VM, air-gapped and private cloud environments, using Terraform, Helm and Ansible.\n\nStandardize installation, upgrades and tooling to enable true one-click deployment for enterprise customers.\n\nStandardize CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure practices to improve engineering productivity, security and reliability company-wide.\n\nSupport Pelico's enterprise and federal growth, including GovCloud and FedRAMP readiness for regulated aerospace and defense customers.\n\nUse agentic engineering and AI-assisted workflows to automate infrastructure operations, deployment and diagnostics.\n\nRun\nOwn production infrastructure (primarily Azure) and internal systems (GCP, OVH - GCP being our main internal tooling environment).\n\nTroubleshoot production incidents: load spikes, data-sync issues, network problems, cloud provider outages, security issues and end-of-life components.\n\nBuild monitoring, diagnostics and runbooks so customer IT teams can operate Pelico independently.\n\nParticipate in on-call, pushing automation further - target is ~80% automated / 20% manual.\n\nOccasional customer-facing support as IT teams deploy and operate Pelico.\n\nAbout You\n5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering roles in high-growth or production environments.\n\nSolid depth in at least one major cloud provider (Azure, AWS or GCP), with the ability to pick up and work across others - our environment spans multiple clouds.\n\nComfortable with containers (Docker) as the core deployment abstraction.\n\nDeep understanding of CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, observability and modern deployment practices.\n\nSolid software engineering background, ideally with Java, and an automation-first mindset.\n\nComfortable participating in an on-call rotation, troubleshooting production incidents, and continuously improving platform reliability.\n\nComfortable operating in ambiguity - you enjoy solving complex infrastructure challenges without waiting for perfect specifications.\n\nStrong communication skills, able to collaborate across Engineering, Product and customer IT teams.\n\nYou actively embrace AI tools as part of how you work, and adopt new ways of working smarter and faster.\n\nHands-on experience with AI-assisted workflows for coding, infrastructure automation, troubleshooting or engineering productivity.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with Kubernetes and Helm specifically.\n\nExperience supporting enterprise or industrial environments (manufacturing, aerospace, defense or supply chain).\n\nExposure to security, compliance or regulated infrastructure environments (e.g. GovCloud, FedRAMP or air-gapped deployments).\n\nExperience in customer-facing or forward-deployed engineering roles.\n\nWhat we offer\nWork on ahighly impactful product that users love!\n\nOffice locations: In the heart of Paris (75011) and Miami, USA.\n\nStock Options: Available for every employee.\n\nHybrid flexibility: 3 days a week at the Paris office\n\nPremium Health Coverage: Up to 70% covered by Pelico (Alan Healthcare).\n\nMeal Allowance: €10/day worked, covered at 50% (via Swile card).\n\nTransportation Support: 50% public transportation coverage or an equivalent sustainable mobility package.\n\nWellness Benefit: Access to discounted subscription plans for fitness, wellness, and beauty experiences through our partnership with ClassPass.\n\nCollaborative Environment: We foster a vibrant, growth-focused workplace where professional development and team connections thrive.\n\nYour interview experience\nIntro call with Talent Acquisition call (30 min)\n\nHiring Manager Interview (1h)\n\nTechnical Test onsite: 1h30\n\nLeadership conversation + founders (CEO/CTO)\n\nOffer + References, run in parallel\n\nPelico is an equal opportunity employer.
