Partner, you will:\nServe as a trusted consultant to leaders on employee performance, conduct, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns.\nConduct thorough and objective investigations involving policy concerns, workplace conflicts, and allegations of misconduct.\nProvide coaching and guidance to leaders at all levels on employee relations best practices.\nPartner with leaders to proactively identify and address employee relations trends and risks.\nSupport the development and delivery of performance improvement plans, corrective actions, and other performance management initiatives.\nMaintain accurate and confidential documentation related to employee relations matters.\nConduct exit interviews and share key insights to help improve retention and employee experience.\nReview and process religious accommodation requests.\nAssist leadership in responding to workplace emergencies, threats, and other sensitive employee situations.\nRepresent the company in unemployment claims as needed.\nWhat You'll Bring:\nWe're looking for a collaborative HR professional who combines strong business judgment with empathy, integrity, and courage.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n3-5 years of human resources, employee relations, labor relations, or related experience.\nDemonstrated ability to influence and coach leaders through complex workplace situations.\nStrong investigation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to manage sensitive situations with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nSHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or related HR certification.\nExperience supporting employee relations in a multi-site or manufacturing environment.\nOracle HRIS experience.\nBilingual/multilingual communication skills (for multilingual-designated
