external job postings.\nPartner with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams throughout the hiring and onboarding process.\nCoordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates and interview teams.\nWelcome and host candidates during onsite interviews, creating a positive first impression of Pella.\nConduct benefits overviews and answer candidate questions during the hiring process.\nSupport onboarding activities, including background checks, drug screenings, relocations, internal transfers, and new hire communications.\nFacilitate onsite interview events and assist with verbal offer presentations.\nMaintain recruiting records, documentation, and compliance requirements.\nIdentify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and enhance the candidate experience.\nServe as a key resource for talent acquisition systems, processes, and best practices.\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field preferred.\nStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal direction.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Copilot.\nExperience with
