Working alongside experienced creative professionals, you'll contribute to both print and digital projects while building technical, creative, and professional skills in a real-world environment.\nThis internship provides opportunities to collaborate with creative team members and business partners while gaining experience in design execution, content development, and creative problem-solving.\nIf you're passionate about design, creativity, visual communication, and bringing ideas to life through compelling content, we'd love to connect with you.\n As a Graphic Design Intern, you will support design and content creation initiatives across a variety of marketing and business projects.\nResponsibilities are similar to what we expect of entry-level design professionals and provide opportunities to develop creative, technical, and professional skills through meaningful project work.\nAs a Graphic Design Intern, you may:\nDesign print materials that support marketing and business initiatives\nDesign digital materials for a variety of internal and external audiences\nEdit videos for social media and other business-related productions\nEdit and enhance images for creative projects\nUtilize AI-supported image tools and design technologies as appropriate\nCollaborate with creative team members to execute a variety of assignments and projects\nSupport content creation efforts across multiple channels\nProjects and assignments will be determined based on business needs and team priorities.\nAdditional Information\nFull-time internship assignment (May-August 2027)\nAssigned manager and creative team support throughout the internship\nNo supervisory responsibilities\nOpportunities to collaborate with marketing, creative, and cross-functional business teams\nExposure to both print and digital design projects\nOpportunity to gain marketing and creative agency experience through meaningful project work\n Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Design, User Experience Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field\nJunior standing preferred\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain design consistency across projects\nAbility to manage multiple assignments and priorities in a fast-paced environment\nAbility to effectively present and explain design concepts and decisions\nExperience with Adobe InDesign and/or Figma\nExperience with Adobe Photoshop\nBasic video editing skills\nPreferred Skills & Experience\nExposure to AI image generation or image editing tools\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Office applications\nInterest in marketing, branding, and visual storytelling\nInterest in home design, interior design, or related industries\nPortfolio demonstrating creative thinking, attention to detail, and visual communication skills\nExperience creating design work through coursework, student organizations, freelance work, internships, or personal projects\nCompensation: The starting pay rate for this position is $23.00 per hour. Compensation for this role is established through Pella Corporation’s internship program.
