Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll help implement and support technology initiatives that improve business processes and end-user experiences.\nResponsibilities are similar to what we expect of entry-level IT professionals who join Pella after graduation, providing meaningful technical experience while contributing to business objectives.\nPotential Assignment Areas May Include:\nMicrosoft Infrastructure\nSupport projects involving Pella's server environment, endpoint management, and end-user computing solutions. Technologies may include Windows Server, Hyper-V, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL Server, System Center, Intune, Jamf, and Veeam.\nMicrosoft 365\nSupport initiatives that enhance productivity, collaboration, security, and data management. Past projects have included SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Microsoft Copilot, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Microsoft Defender.\nUnix, Linux & Storage Administration\nAssist with infrastructure supporting core business applications through server administration, system enhancements, operational support, and storage area networking technologies.\nCommunication Services\nSupport networking and communication solutions including LAN, WAN, voice, video, and security technologies. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\n Qualifications:\nCurrently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or a related field\nStrong academic standing\nDemonstrated leadership, teamwork, or involvement through campus organizations, work experience, athletics, volunteer activities, or other experiences\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences\nAbility to learn new technologies, systems, and technical concepts quickly\nDemonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills\nExperience leading projects, initiatives, or team efforts from planning through execution preferred\nAbility to succeed in a fast-paced, collaborative environment\nHands-on experience using Claude Code or a similar LLM agent to help define tasks and implement solutions.\nCompensation: The starting pay rate for this position is $27.25 per hour. Compensation for this role is established through Pella Corporation’s internship program.
