Assist with planning and organizing community recruiting events.\nPay: Starting at $24.75/hr.\nSign-on bonus of $1,500 paid out in two installments at 30 days and 90 days\n1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6am - 3:30pm Friday, 6am - 10am (Overtime on Fridays as needed)\n Coordinate, conduct, and track all new hire on-boarding classroom training\nOversee and coordinate on-line work experiences with new hire and certified trainers.\nDevelop relationship with new hires as primary contact and liaison during first month of employment with follow up at 30 and 60 days.\nCoordinate and manage monthly and annual safety and quality training, including scheduling, preparing trainings, electronic sign-off for team members\nFlexibility of work hours including mandatory OT when business needs require.\nAbility to move to different areas and responsibilities\nAble to safely work with and around moving equipment.\nAbility to communicate in a concise, polite and respectful manner with team members.\nRegular / dependable attendance consistent with attendance guidelines is required.\nFlexible work schedule as needed. Normal work hours will mirror the assigned shift, but will require flexibility to match business needs\nComply with safety, quality, and production requirements and procedures.\nAbility to meet physical requirements of the job.\nEstablish and implement safe operating practices for all team members and enforce policies to ensure safe work habits are developed.\nHelp establish and educate all team members concerning quality workmanship.\nProvide leadership that will utilize the talents of all team members.\nCoach and mentor team members regarding safety, quality, and productivity to achieve department goals.\nLook for improvement opportunities for the area.\nDaily contact with all levels of management.\nMay be required to provide general HR support and completion of HR-related projects.\nContinuously seek development and growth opportunities as they become available to maintain the skills required at the existing levels and in preparation for new opportunities within Pella Corporation.\nMaintain confidentiality with all job responsibilities.\nLead new hire candidate tours.\nParticipate in new hire candidate interviews.\nInterpret in interviews with English Language Learner candidates.\nSupport managers and production coordinators in the completion of new team member checklists.\nAssist in Career Fairs\nDevelop community relationships that promote Pella Corporation’s goal of attracting manufacturing talent\nOther duties may be assigned as needed both in HR and Manufacturing Areas.\nMust be multi-lingual -
