This role serves as the voice of the user, ensuring that product configuration, question-and-answer flows, visualizations, navigation, and digital interactions are intuitive, efficient, and aligned with customer and business needs. Working at the intersection of Product Management, Sales, Customer Experience, Digital, Design, and Technology teams, this role owns the experience roadmap and translates business requirements into user-centered solutions that improve usability, drive adoption, reduce complexity, and create a differentiated quoting and configuration experience. The Product Owner will play a critical leadership role in Pella's McKinley transformation and Enterprise Configurator initiatives by shaping how customers, sales representatives, dealers, and internal users interact with the CPQ platform across all brands and product portfolios.\nOwn the end-to-end user experience within the CPQ platform, ensuring configuration, quoting, visualization, and product selection workflows are intuitive, efficient, and scalable.\nDefine and prioritize experience improvements that simplify complex product offerings and streamline customer and user interactions.\nAdvocate for the voice of the customer and user throughout the product development lifecycle.\nDevelop and maintain a clear vision and roadmap for the CPQ user experience.\nDesign and optimize product configuration journeys, including question-and-answer flows, option dependencies, business rules, and guided selling experiences.\nEvaluate configuration pathways to reduce user effort, eliminate friction points, and improve quote accuracy.\nPartner with Product Management and Engineering teams to ensure product complexity is translated into a simple and understandable user experience.\nContinuously refine workflows based on user feedback, analytics, and business outcomes.\nOwn the strategy and execution of product visualization capabilities within the configuration experience.\nDefine requirements for imagery, rendering, product previews, design tools, and visualization enhancements that improve customer confidence and buying decisions.\nPartner with digital, design, and technology teams to deliver engaging visual experiences that accurately represent product selections.\nEnsure visualization experiences align with product data, configuration rules, and brand standards.\nManage and prioritize the CPQ experience backlog, ensuring enhancements deliver measurable business and customer value.\nDefine user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements for experience-related capabilities.\nCollaborate with development teams throughout design, build, testing, and deployment activities.\nSupport user acceptance testing and validate that solutions meet intended business and user outcomes.\nMeasure feature adoption, user satisfaction, and experience performance to guide future improvements.\nPartner with Sales, Product Management, Customer Experience, Marketing, Digital, Engineering, and IT teams to align business objectives with user experience priorities.\nFacilitate workshops and working sessions to gather requirements, validate concepts, and drive decision-making.\nCommunicate experience vision, priorities, and roadmap updates to stakeholders across the organization.\nServe as a key liaison between business teams and technical delivery teams.\nSupport Enterprise Configurator and McKinley initiatives by defining future-state user experiences across CPQ and related digital platforms.\nEnsure experience design aligns with product data structures, configuration logic, and enterprise platform capabilities.\nDrive consistency across brands, channels, and customer touchpoints.\nIdentify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies and digital capabilities to improve the quoting and buying experience.\nThe position will require some travel (approx. 10%). \nEducation and/or Experience\nBachelor's or Graduate's Degree in Business, Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science or Engineering.\n\nMinimum of 3-5 years experience in a professional setting.\n\nWorking Technical Product Knowledge and Pella go-to-market knowledge -
